How to Apply Makeup on Oily Skin

In the case of an oil-sensitive skin, applying makeup revolves around the fight against excess oil. During the actual application this battle takes place with the help of air humidifiers, bases and mask powders without oil. Leave unwanted reflections on the absorbent paper and the compressed dust during the day.

Prepare your skin

Pre-clean and clean your face. When applying makeup, it is advisable to start the application on a clean and well-moistened screen. Clean the skin before cleaning your face. Wash your face with warm water to remove dirt and oil from the surface of the skin. Apply a mild cleanser to a clean, moist face. Wash the product and dry it with a clean towel.

Resist the temptation to wash oily skin several times a day. It removes the face from natural moisture and sends the oil production to the hyper-salt. Instead, wash your face once in the morning and once before going to sleep.

Apply toner. Toners have been developed to remove excessive stains, makeup and oil for the skin. Fill the cotton ball with a toner that is free of grease. Wipe the cotton ball on your face – avoid eye contact. Leave the product to dry in the air.

Use a soft toner once a day to prevent dry skin. Rose water and witch hazel are excellent natural toners.

Moisten your skin. Your pores are above the oil production to restore dry skin. Although it does not seem intuitive, oily skin needs extra moisture. However, it does not require extra oil. When choosing a moisturizer, choose a light product that does not contain oil, carpets and less glare. Apply a thin layer of moisturizer to your face.

Exfoliates the skin 3 or 4 times a week. Oily skin causes an excessive production of oil and skin cells that accumulate and clog the pores of the skin. To avoid this, the skin exfoliates 3 or 4 times a week with an exfoliating skin. Apply the scrub on the moist skin and massage the skin in a circular motion. Wash your face thoroughly and dry the skin.

Apply makeup

Apply an opaque base to the face and eyelids. The primer provides a soft and elastic foundation for makeup. These products prevent the “fusion” of facial makeup. When selecting the substrate, choose an opaque product, without oil, powder or liquid powder. Apply a thin layer of foundation on your face – do not forget your eyelids. A separate eyeliner can be purchased and applied.

Hide your imperfections. Oily skin is sensitive to eczema and fading. The use of clear opaque liquid correction layers will minimize these imperfections without causing new cracks. Use a marker or a brush to cover your dark circles, red stripes and imperfections.

For extra coverage apply a layer of correcting fluid, followed by a base layer of powder and another layer of liquid correction. Close the makeup with the last coat of dust. The more layers you apply, the less bright spots you see during the day. Several solutions may be required for this method of application.

Use a base developed for oily skin. Resistant powder primers create a uniform complexion in repelling excess oil. Read the label carefully before buying the base – make sure the product is oil-free, opaque and does not cause a comedogenic effect (it does not clog pores). Apply a thin and even layer of powder with a large brush. Move the brush with circular movements and friction.

Apply the melted powder. Translucent opaque powder is another barrier against oily skin. Pour a small amount of powder into the lid of the makeup container. Shake the kabuki brush or powder brush until all the powder has disappeared. To apply a thin layer of opaque powder to the base, move the brush in wide circles from the inside of the face to the outside of the face.

Add a redness to the cheeks. The redness of the carpet provides a radiant light when fighting against excess oil. You can apply a blush in opaque powder with a traditional pink brush or a erythema powder. Move the cheekbone to the upper ear.

Fight all day and week with oily skin

Turn off the oil. At some point your natural oils inevitably penetrate into opaque makeup. The paper towel removes oil stains from the face without rubbing makeup. Gently press the absorbent paper into the oily place – do not rub your face. After absorbing the oil, gently remove the paper from the skin.

Cover the oily place with dust. After removing the oil, cover the surface with dust. The powder will absorb the remaining oil and will help to maintain a uniform appearance. Use a guillotine, a sponge or a blender to push the powder into an oily place.

Apply a face mask that fights oil. Once or twice a week the use of a mask that absorbs oil is considered. Find a mask with kaolin or bentonite. Apply a thin layer of facial mask. Allow to harden for 10-15 minutes. Rinse the mask with lukewarm water. The kaolin or bentonite clays absorb the oil and gently irritate it.
